Getting ready for your virtual consultation.

• You should be sitting somewhere quiet for your consultation. Virtual consultations generally last for 30-40 minutes. Please allow one hour in your schedule for this to take place.

• You will need your mobile phone and access to your usual email account. Make sure that your device is fully charged and that you have a good signal or WiFi connection.

• Download the Google Meet App here - this is the video app that Dr Desmond will use on the day.

• Dr Desmond will call you on your phone number at the time of your consultation. Having confirmed your identity he will then confirm your e-mail address.

• He will then and send you an e-mail inviting you to join a video meeting. Click on the link to join.

• If the signal is not good enough for video, the consultation will be completed on "audio only"

• During the consultation, if Dr Desmond requests that you send on any additional reports or documents, please email them to admin@devongutclinic.com
